It depends on the boiler, and it is shown on every boiler in our range so you can compare before you choose. Most carry a 10 year manufacturer warranty, some go up to 12, and our entry-level models carry less. It covers parts and labour directly through the manufacturer. The longer guarantees need the boiler fitted by an installer accredited by that manufacturer, and every guarantee needs registering within 30 days and an annual service to stay valid. We will send you everything you need to register yours after your install.

Most fixed-price quotes go out the same day you get in touch. Once you accept, you choose an install date that suits you, and the earliest we can offer is the next day, subject to a Gas Safe engineer being available in your area. We will tell you honestly what we can do rather than promise a date we cannot hit.

It means the price we send you is the price you pay. We work it out from your answers and the photos of your boiler, so nobody has to visit to price it, and we put it in writing before you pay a penny. There are no extras, no call-out surprises and no additions on the day. The only thing that can change it is if the job turns out to be materially different from what you told us, and we would explain that and agree it with you before any work started. We focus on installing and replacing boilers rather than repairs or servicing.

We work with all the main manufacturers, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Viessmann, Glow-worm, Potterton and more. Your installer will advise on the best option for your home and budget.

Yes. Every engineer in our network is Gas Safe registered and verified before they work with us. You'll receive their Gas Safe ID when they're confirmed for your job.

Securely online by card, through your own portal, once you are happy with your fixed price. Nothing is taken before you decide, and you get a receipt straight away.

You get a reference number straight away, and we send you a fixed written price for your new boiler, supplied and fitted. If you are happy with it, you book and pay online. Only then do we arrange your Gas Safe engineer and order your boiler, and you can follow every step in your own portal.
